I have booked the room for four days with my husband. Beds ended up comfortable and the room was usually clean up. The staff have been really useful and welcoming and constantly took care to make us feel good. Rooms are big as well as the closet. The bathroom was also very pretty clean and the shower was excellent. Not a really social hotel but maybe was only during our stay.

Great location, everything is close. Staff are tremendous welcoming and well prepared and speak fantastic English. You will find activities each night time and it´s an excellent way to socializing with people nowadays. Rooms and amenities are good and towels changed on a daily basis. Only problem was beds are a little noisy but that’s really slight. Great value for the price!

Me and my partner stayed here for 7 nights for holidays to exploring the city. Ambassador is found in an exceedingly central situation, it’s thoroughly clean plus the beds are really comfy! There is only one matter I’d suggest heading forward and that’s to offer more hotel amenities, shower gel specifically. Overall, I had been very pleased with this place and would definitely endorse it to everyone looking to head over to Almaty.

Assuming that you are travelling to Almaty you have to book this hotel. The hotel looks like it´s renovated and the rooms are pretty nice. The atmosphere was nice and cozy.
